Here’s what just a few of our interns and new college grads say about their experience at Applied
"When I first graduated from college, I joined the Applied Materials new college grad rotational program, which is 18 months long, and you do three different rotations, six months each, which was an incredible experience. I not only met a lot of people in the different business units, but it helped expand my overall understanding of the company."
Rayne
Commodity Business Manager
New College Graduate
"At Applied, I learn something new almost every day! I get to work within a cross-functional team and am constantly improving my financial, business and industry acumen. It’s also exciting being part of a company that influences innovation, technology and the world that we live in."
Katie

“Getting involved in the Young Professionals Network ERG within the first few months as a new college graduate is the best decision I've made. It was the starting point to creating meaningful connections and friendships with highly aspirational people all throughout the organization."
Cho
Technical project manager
New College Grad
“I feel like I’m part of a family here. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to get to know experts and the other process technicians who are willing to teach me.”
Phillip
Display Group Intern (’22)
"What I like most about Applied's employees are people collaborate with others, transfer their knowledge to newer employees, and their overall willingness to support each other."
Susana
GPS Engineer
New College Graduate
“I’m getting a deep lens into the industry, and my manager gives me a lot of trust to self-manage my own work and solve problems. That’s something you don’t really understand until you’re in the cleanroom and see that what we’re trying to do is literally impossible until we figure it out. No one has done it before. That’s really cool.”
