Sylvester (Graduate of NUS—2016) - "I am grateful for all the wonderful opportunities that have come my way in Applied Materials. In 2017, I was sent to Hawaii to deliver a presentation at an internal conference, barely a year after I joined the company. Before a professional audience of 500, I shared my work experiences on data analytics, followed by questions and answers session where I fielded questions from the floor. The event also allowed me to bond and forge friendships with many experienced engineers from around the world."

As one of the few female customer engineers within the organization, I was apprehensive initially, wondering if I could get along with my colleagues, but these fears turn out to be totally unfounded."
