Applied is committed to compensating our employees fairly and equitably. To that end, we have structured our compensation program so that our employees’ pay is based on relevant factors, such as their roles, organizational levels and geographic locations and not on their demographics.
To confirm that we live up to our goal of pay equity, we have engaged an independent third party to calculate pay ratios comparing compensation for Applied employees in a similar roles, levels and locations. In each instance, the ratio is based on total compensation, which reflects the sum of an employee’s base salary, any cash bonus, and any stock award.
We will continue monitoring our compensation practices and provide information about Applied’s pay equity efforts in future Sustainability Reports.

Yes. You can apply for multiple open positions through our Careers site. We recommended reviewing the job descriptions carefully and narrowing your choices to the roles that best fit your skills, experience, and interests. Each of the roles that you apply for individually will be tied to your profile account.
Yes, you can attach the resume/CV in the local language of the country where the position is located. However, we recommend also providing an English version when/if possible.
Yes, you can withdraw your application within your profile. Simply locate the job, click the three dots next to it, and select Withdraw Application.
You will receive an email confirmation once you submit your application. Your application including your uploaded resume will be saved into our database and added to your profile. Our Talent Acquisition team will review all candidates as part of the hiring process.
Be aware - fraudulent job postings are increasing globally. Your username is the email address you submitted when you created your account. It cannot be changed.
Click on “Forgot Password” on the sign-in page and an email will be sent to you with a temporary password to reset it.
Log in to your profile account and navigate to “View Profile”. Click on the Cloud icon in the upper right corner of the page. Click on “Update Contact Information” to change your email address.
