The Terra-G Coating System, widely used for the production of solar-control glass as well as a variety of low-e coatings, is a state-of-the-art large-area coating solution that offers rapid, high-quality coating, high process stability, excellent reproducibility and minimum conditioning times with maximum process flexibility.

A turbomolecular pumped system, the Terra-G’s platform architecture provides a fixed sequence of alternating pump and source compartments to optimize the dedicated pumping to each individual source for repeatable process monitoring, as well as innovative hardware options for specialized applications.

Identical process-chamber compartments allow any of our deposition sources to be used, and for special processes, additional tools may be integrated into the system. Arrangements of three, four or five source compartments can be combined to meet any productivity requirement.
